Goldsmith
Working as a goldsmith in the early years of my career gave me crucial technical experience. I developed proficiency in techniques such as gold alloying and refining, microsoldering, laser welding, laser engraving, polishing, rhodium plating and electroforming, enameling, silver forging, aluminum anodizing, and steel hardening.
This strong technical foundation allows me to approach design with exceptional precision and structural integrity.

3D Design and manufacturing
I continuously expand and elevate my skills in 3D modeling, rendering, and animation using a variety of CAD and CAM technologies, alongside AI tools and 3D scanning, in order to actively engage with and contribute to emerging technological innovations.
I have extensive experience working with advanced additive manufacturing technologies, including 100% wax casting patterns for investment casting, powder bed fusion processes (SLS, MJF, SLM), vat photopolymerization (SLA), and material extrusion (FDM). My expertise has been developed in leading manufacturing and research environments such as i.materialise (Belgium), Shapeways (The Netherlands), Mixlab - the experimental technology department of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp, and Orosey, Belgium’s leading jewelry manufacturing company.
Design and Production Manager
As Product Manager at BAUNAT, I started the internal production of our jewellery line. This enabled greater control over the entire manufacturing process and significantly improved the efficiency.
I built and led a talented production team of professional goldsmiths and diamond setters. Together, we consistently met demanding deadlines while maintaining exceptional standards of craftsmanship.
Collaborating closely with the casting team, I gained a deep understanding of how design decisions directly influence quality. This helped me minimize key issues in metal casting, such as porosity and brittleness.
Beyond technical improvements, I designed bespoke creations and the three best-selling collections of the brand. By strategically focusing our range on fewer, high-performing designs, I have contributed to increased sales, reduced excess stock, and streamlined operations.

Design Consultant
As a Jewelry Design Consultant specializing in 3D modeling and pre-production engineering, I help companies turn concepts into cast-ready physical pieces tailored for the luxury industry. Together, we solve problems related to innovation, 3D design and 3D print, metal quality and production efficiency and aesthetics.

Lecturer Computer Design
In parallel with my professional career, I hold a lectureship at the prestigious Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp. I specialize in teaching Computer-Aided Design, empowering emerging talent to foster a synthesis of technical precision and creative innovation.
